Perfect labels.

Perfect schedule.

Perfect order.

Ick.

That is so not me.

In fact, at any given time, if you look at my desk, it might resemble a place where a tornado just touched down.

I acknowledge the fact that sometimes running a business is a bit like trying to surf in a tsunami. Sometimes you just have to hold on and go for it. And I feel the same way about “getting organized.”

Sure, I own a label maker and I’m not afraid to use it. But I’m not going to make you label everything just for the sake of it.

My goal for you is much bigger than perfect labels, perfect filing, and perfect appearances.

In organizing, I go for function. I go for priorities and I go for the reason beyond “just getting organized.”

As a business owner since 2003 (well, for this business anyway), I know you have challenges, struggles, and changing priorities. I’m in your shoes. I’ve been in your assistant’s shoes. I can look at your business as the owner or as part of the team.

So knowing there are tons of other professional organizers and productivity experts out there, why choose Your Organized Guide?

Angie Mattson, Chief Efficiency Officer and President of Your Organized Guide, has over 12 years of administrative experience in a variety of industries. As a business owner since 2003, her unique ability to look at business situations as both an owner and as the assistant gives her perspective that few others have.

Angie also has the innate ability to find the pattern, order, or routine in anything. She organizes physical space, people, and systems to make them more efficient and effective for the individual client she is working with. Most of her client work begins without any preconceived notions – she creates as she goes by observing, listening, and by asking pointed questions. The end result is always efficiency and effectiveness – both in the physical space and for the people using the systems, processes, and routines.
